Products and availability

Product photos, colours, sizes and descriptions help you choose an item. Colour may look different on different screens. Stock and available sizes can change; our team will confirm availability when you place an order or send an enquiry.

Prices and wholesale orders

Prices shown on the website may be updated. For wholesale orders, contact us with the product, size, colour and quantity you need. We will confirm the current rate, minimum quantity if applicable, and final order total before you pay.

Placing an order

Review your selected product, size, quantity, delivery address and contact number before submitting an order. Our team may contact you to confirm product availability and the order details. Keep your order reference or WhatsApp conversation for follow-up.

You can use the Track Order page to check an order when a reference is available.

Payment and delivery

The checkout page lets you indicate PhonePe, Google Pay or another UPI app as your preferred payment method. For delivery orders, you can request Cash on Delivery (COD); availability and any applicable charges are confirmed by our team before the order is accepted. The Payment page can open a UPI app using the BiG FACTORY UPI ID 9137668289-2@ybl after you enter the amount confirmed by our team. Selecting an option alone does not make a payment. Our team confirms the payable amount on WhatsApp before you pay. The site cannot verify payment automatically; share your transaction reference and proof after paying. Shipping charges and the estimated delivery time are also confirmed before the order is finalised. Delivery estimates may vary by location and carrier. Please check the confirmed total and delivery details before paying.

Returns and order issues

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or have another order issue, contact us with your order reference and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the request and explain the available resolution. Please contact us before sending an item back; the return address and any applicable terms will be confirmed for your order.
