When to contact us

Get in touch if an item arrives damaged, is different from what you ordered, is missing from your parcel, or has a quality concern. If you want to return an item for another reason, tell us the reason and we will review the request against the terms confirmed for your order. For wholesale or bulk purchases, confirm return eligibility before placing the order.

How to request a return

1. Send a message through Request Return or email us.
2. Share your order reference, name, contact number, product name and a brief description of the issue.
3. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, attach clear photos of the item, its label and the parcel packaging. Keep the item and packaging available while the request is reviewed.
4. Wait for our reply with the next steps and, if approved, the return address and shipping instructions.

Review and resolution

Our team will review the order information and photos. Depending on the issue and availability, we will explain whether a return, replacement, or refund can be offered. Any applicable shipping cost and refund method will be communicated before you send the product back. If a refund is approved, its processing and payment timing will be shared with you.

• Return eligibility, request deadlines and other conditions may vary by item and order. Please confirm the applicable terms with our team at purchase; we will also explain them when reviewing a request.
• Use the return address supplied for your request. Do not send parcels to the shop address without confirmation.
• For purchases completed through Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho, please start the return through that marketplace's order page and follow its applicable process.
